Wind and Solar Power Best for Navajo Nation
Part of the debate about how to approach pollution cleanup at the big Navajo Generating Station coal-fired power plant near the Grand Canyon has always revolved around jobs and revenues for the Navajo Nation. Federal regulators heard more on this in recent public hearings.

I wish my tribe would’ve taken up the chance when they were approached about investing into stuff like this. I was here at the meeting, and just by observing it made me so pissed that they weren’t even giving their full attention to the people who were there to talk to them. Half were texting or whatever on their phones, some walked out and never came back, and a couple of them were asleep. These damn middle-aged people fucking piss me off! Even our own EPA was supporting the presenters. Wtf?Anywho, maybe they’ll learn from the Navajo Nation. That would be tight.
